GUARANTIA

5 years of guaranty

Ares Line's products are guaranteed for a period of 5 years as outlined below.

- To be entitled to the guarantee, the user must communicate the serial identification number applied under each seat.

- The product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects except for the upholstery and castors which are subject to wear and tear.

- For the first 6 months, all repairs of any manufacturing defects will be free of charge.

- Between the 7th and the 24th month, all repairs will be carried out free of charge, however carriage to and from the customer will be charged.

- Between the 25th and the 60th month, all spare parts required are free but all labour costs and carriage to and from the customer will be charged.

- Gas mechanisms are guaranteed for 24 months.

- The periods of validity of this guarantee are applicable only to products subjected to 8 hours' normal use per day.
Otherwise the total period of guarantee coverage is reduced as follows:
- 16 hours' use per day 3 year guarantee
- 24 hours' use per day 1 year guarantee

- The guarantee is effective from the day the chair leaves the factory.

Ares Line reserves the right not to apply the guarantee in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorized personal.
